I provide individual counseling to pre-teens, teenagers and adults. I love the work I do because I've found that it can make a life-changing difference to feel understood, supported, and empowered as we stand up to life's toughest challenges and pursue our greatest hopes.

I have been honored to work with children, pre-teens, teens and their families for years in community mental health. I've also worked with individual adults from other countries. I enjoy helping my clients to practice new life strategies, to see their own inner strength and to come to further know and believe in themselves. I primarily focus on self-esteem, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues and life transitions. I believe in the importance of building a safe, caring and effective therapeutic rapport with my clients. I'm open to working with a variety of age-groups and circumstances if I can help clients on a path toward improved health and success. I commend you for having the courage to seek support to make something better in your life. If you think I can help, please don't hesitate to call for a free consultation.
